The individual or company requesting the Extreme SEO Internet Solutions Extreme - SEO: affiliates or employees Service Provider. The general Extreme SEO Internet Solutions would be carrying out task only in the situations when an agreement would be provided by the customers by email, telephone, mail, or fax. Extreme SEO Internet Solutions would be carrying out task only for the customers whose ages are 18 years and above. An ‘order’ is believed as oral or written contract between the customer and Extreme SEO Internet Solutions. The terms are given below, and these are the only terms as well as conditions constituted under which the Extreme SEO Internet Solutions gets into the agreement. None of the agent or the employees of the Extreme SEO Internet Solutions is allowed to perform or agree to any changes in the agreement’s terms and conditions. This agreement is valid for a 4 months period, unless the customer is willing to extend the agreement by notifying Extreme - SEO. The customer has to pay the whole fee in seven days after signing agreement. In case if the customer fails to pay the final amount to the Extreme SEO Internet Solutions, Extreme SEO Internet Solutions has the right to go for any or every of the remedies given below, and in any of the order it would feel to be fit:
1) Call for instant payment of outstanding fee.
2) Put an interest of 3% more than the base current rate of interest of the Srilankan Banks on the due balance.
3) Issue demands in written form for the balance due, and each of the demand requires a payment of $55.00 that needs to be paid by the customer.
4) Stop working on the customer’s behalf till all the overdue payments are paid by the customer.
5) Be unrestricted from all the obligations of refunding the customer’s money under any of the terms in the agreement.
6) Take away outstanding amount from the credit or debit card of the customer and, hereby, the customer authorized the transactions.
The customer comprehends that the search engines are autonomous companies that choose and rank websites basing on their own conditions, and ergo, in order to get a high rank, the customer has to follow the recommendations of Extreme SEO Internet Solutions of for optimizing the websites for the listing of the search engine. 6) The person signing in this agreement on the customer’s behalf guarantees that he or she has the right of committing the customer to the agreement, and furthermore, confirms that the agreement is involving two businesses. If any sum of the payments of the customers is made by credit or debit card, Bank Wire Transfer, then the demand draft that is not in the business’s name, then the customer has to be reimbursing the holder of the card for any amount of the payments that is made on behalf of the customer.

The person signing in this agreement on the customer’s behalf guarantees that he or she has the right of committing the customer to the agreement, and furthermore, confirms that the agreement is involving two businesses. If any sum of the payments of the customers is made by credit or debit card, Bank Wire Transfer, then the demand draft that is not in the business’s name, then the customer has to be reimbursing the holder of the card for any amount of the payments that is made on behalf of the customer.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
Online payments only through PayPal, Money bookers, 2checkout, and Alert pay are acceptable. We are not in any contract with other Merchants. Offline payments are also acceptable through cheques, direct deposit, e-cheques, bank wire transfer, demand drafts and postal payments. Money back Policy:

Cancellation of Contract:If you are subscribed to monthly SEO package or Campaign monitoring monthly contract with the Extreme SEO Internet Solutions, then the contract will be intact as long as it will be cancelled by any of the party with prior notice of 30 days expiring any time when the initial terms or so ends compliant with other clauses (if any) that is mentioned in the contracts. The cancellation of the contract, arising however, shall not be affecting or prejudicing the rights accrued by the other apprehensive parties as to the cancellation or the persistence of any of the provision expressly mentioned for surviving or implicitly surviving cancellation.
